How we use it

To provide the service, respond to inquiries, improve our AI agents, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Call recordings

Demo calls are recorded and stored for up to 30 days. You consent to recording before any call begins. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected].

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics (aggregate, no PII) and PostHog (session-memory only, no cookies dropped). No cookie consent banner is required.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.

SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice Communications

When you submit our contact form, we collect your phone number and use it to send automated voice calls, SMS, and/or WhatsApp messages related to your inquiry (appointment confirmations, demo follow-ups, project status updates). Consent is obtained via web form checkbox (prior express written consent under TCPA) or verbal confirmation. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Communications are processed by our authorized telephony and messaging service providers acting as data processors on our behalf. Call recordings are retained up to 30 days; message logs up to 90 days. To revoke consent, reply STOP to any message, say 'stop calling me' during a call, or email [email protected].
